Carb Lessis made from white bean extract (Phaseolus Vulgaris), which is recognized as the most efficient natural carbohydrate blocker.

Phaseolus Vulgaris interferes with the action of the enzyme called alpha-amylase, which is responsible for the breakdown of carbohydrates into glucose; by inhibiting the action of alpha-amylase, carbohydrates are not decomposed and finally deposited as fat but are expelled from the body until they can enter the bloodstream.

To successfully block the absorption of carbohydrates, you must take with a large glass of water 15 minutes before every meal rich in carbohydrates such as bread, rice, pastas, potatoes and flour, among others.
